COVID-19 Protocols
PAAFF is committed to practicing COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure the safety of our attendees, filmmakers, volunteers, and staff at our in-person events. Anyone who does not abide by these guidelines will be asked to leave and will not be issued a refund.
Attendees
All in-person events will be held at Asian Arts Initiative. Attendees will be required to provide proof of FULL COVID-19 vaccination (last dose must be administered 2 weeks PRIOR to event) and a photo ID, which will be checked by staff prior to entering the venue. If you are showing a photograph of your vaccine card, please be sure that you have a photo of the front and back of the card and that the photo is clear and legible.
AAI will be requiring signed liability waivers, which will be distributed and collected by PAAFF staff before entering the venue.
Masks must be worn over mouth and nose at all times. The theater will be set up with social distancing in mind.
Receptions will be held in indoor spaces, which are set up with social distancing in mind. Masks are required, except at designated food consumption seating.
