Public Safety Protocols

In order to address ongoing and increasing public safety concerns and to provide an equitable and accessible community space, PAAFF will enforce the following protocols during in-person, indoor events:

  • All staff and attendees are asked to provide proof of vaccination prior to entry (minimum 2 initial shots, +1 booster) If you have concerns about your vaccination status, you must contact PAAFF ahead of the scheduled program you wish to attend. We cannot guarantee that any staff will be available to speak with you about vaccination status at the venue.
  • Well-fitting, high-quality KN95 or N95 masking is required at all times. Masking is a form of community care and protection. Surgical masks, fabric masks, etc… will not be accepted as high-quality masking. Masks must be worn over mouth and nose at all times.
  • No eating or drinking inside the festival venue. Please step out of the venue if you wish to take off your mask.

Anyone who does not abide by these protocols will not be allowed to enter the venue and will not be issued a refund. Anyone who does not abide by these protocols during the festival will be asked to leave and will not be issued a refund.
