About the filmmaker: Originally from the Pacific island of Guam, Neil Tinkham attended the Colorado Film School. After returning to Guam, Neil established his production company and produced several short films, including The Bay, which was selected to the 2018 Hawaii International Film Festival, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, and won the Guam International Film Festival Audience Choice Award. His follow up short movie, How To Catch A Taotaomona, received a $25,000 fund from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Pacific Islanders in Communications. Neil currently lives in Los Angeles.
