Director’s Bio: Denis Do is a film director born in Paris in 1985. Passionate about image and drawing, he graduated in 2009 from the Gobelins School. “Le Ruban,” a graduation film he co-directed about a love story during the Chinese Cultural Revolution, solidified his desire for filmmaking. In 2009, he met producer Sébastien Onomo, who produced Funan (2018), his first feature-length film, which was awarded the Cristal for Best Animated Feature at the Annecy Festival in 2018.
